Our Founder

Master Talent was founded by Vincent Tsui who has over 25 years experience in the Executive Search industry. He established his first company called CountryTECH Recruitment which specialized in recruitment of Information Technology, Telecom, Electronics, Semiconductor and Technology related professional in 1993. He leaded, managed and fostered the company to become one of the largest recruitment firms in Hong Kong with the records of over 60 recruitment managers and consultants with annual turnover over HK$60M.

In 2001, CountryTECH was approached and acquired by an international listed company. The acquisition was a significant event that endorsed the excellent work being done by Vincent in the industry. In the course of his Executive Search career, Vincent and his teams have successfully conducted and completed hundreds of middle to senior level assignments in various industries.  

As far as the academic background of Vincent is concerned, he received a Bachelor Degree with Honors in Electronic Engineering from the University of London, United Kingdom, a Bachelor Degree with Honors in Law from the University of Wolverhampton, United Kingdom and an Executive MBA Degree with Honors from City University of Hong Kong.
